Samosa chaat;chatkhara






Samosa chaat:
Boiled chick peas
Gram flour phulki( besan ki small size pakorian)
Papri( I fried the samosa wraps)
Samosaz( I made at home boiled potatoes mashed with diced onions, salt, crushed red chilli, cumin powder, green chillies and cilantro, add all at once and wrap up, fry and keep aside)
I added 3 type of chatnis
Chatni 1:dhania, water of imli(tamarind), pinch of salt, cumin, green chillies, garlic cloves 2, yoghurt 4 tablespoons, blend altogether. 
Chatni 2: take imli water, add sugar, black salt, garlic cloves2 ,Crushed red pepper, mint leaves, blend altogether, keep aside. 
Chatni3: in yogurt add milk to dilute it, mix well, add chaat masala 2 teaspoons, crushed red chilli pepper, cumin crushed, mix well and set aside.
Now once u prepared all, assemble it. 
First layer of chickpeas, sprinkle salt on it, layer of besan phulkis, add the imli chatni,which I wrote on 2, add loads of sliced onions, tomatoes, papri, sliced green chillies, place the fried samosas and add both remaining chatnis one by one, top it with onions, crushed red chilli, chaat masala, green chillies and imli water.. tadaaa
