Carrot Halwa


Carrot halwa/gajar ka halwa
Recipe by beloved mom (MIL)
Carrots 2kg grated
Milk 1 litre
Sugar 1 cup
Oil 3/4 cup
Grate carrots, cook on low flame with milk,till carrots soften n absorb the whole milk, it will take around 2-3 hours, add oil n sugar, simultaneously, stir vigorously for another half hour till oil comes out and carrots takes a nice halwa setting.
