Masala aalo Friendly to cook

In our Eastern culture, the ladies generally cook hefty food every day and that duly calls for list of ingredients to be cooked with.

In respect of the daily drill of cooking, this time around we are moving to a lighter, scrumptious and easy-to-make potato masala( aalo ki bhujia), taking an effortless and unique style.
Pakistani food is very simple yet flavourful, we rely on ingredients according to our recipe, unlikely to change the way we serve our appetite and choosy when it comes to introduce new taste at home, since each household intends to have their own taste.

Nevertheless, Pakistan had made a good deal about the street food too and it’s variously loved by the locals in our region.
