Up close with French fries

When most people think of French fries, they think of potatoes cut into straight strips with a thin layer of oil shining on the surface.
Today I am going to try a new version of French fries with a different dimension that came to my mind when I was experimenting a lot with cooking.
French fries are not always meant to be enjoyed all in one flavor, but there could be more variations made in, giving more styles, cuts and shapes.

Seasoning with different masala(spice mixture) is one more step ahead, drizzled with purees and chatnis, plating with sautéed coloured vegetables will also sensationalize the flavour and take it out from the box to a whole new dish that can easily be made in no time and serve to as many members of family and friends.

Taking back to my version of French fries, you need potatoes (too many in my case), capsicum, tomato puree cooked in spices and any tangy sauces, onions, chicken chunks made at home(I prefer Tikka Masala). Mayo garlic sauce and cheese any type available in the fridge.

Procedure:
Firstly fry the chips as we all do conventionally.
Cut the veges into cubes and roast at high flame with chicken chunks, do not over do it.
Take a dish that can be taken into the oven.
The 1st layer is the French fries.
The 2nd layer sauced them with tomato puree(Salsa; what I make).
The 3rd layer is of chicken and vegetables.
The 4th layer the garlic blend in mayo.
The 5th step is to top the cheese over it evenly (In my case;we both don’t appreciate the cheese, so it’s always less in my food).
The 6th thing is to sprinkle it with herbs(oregano, thyme) and crushed red pepper as well.

The last step is to turn the grill on and oven the dish nicely, meanwhile the dish will get dense in flavor and have some smooth caramel of puree on chips and surface some crisp color of cheese.
Now the flavour in fries is full after grilling.
