Here comes the most popular, delicious and freshly fried desi fritters into our plates this very evening of the monsoon.
In our Pakistani culture, fritters are taken as a perfect snack served with ketchup, tamarind chatni and tea in local households when the sun makes its way off some where else or when rain pours down.
In my style; I only like them with green chatni(sauce) where many likes to enjoy wholesome pakoras only.
Pakoras(fritters) are linked well with the monsoon, surprisingly taste more scrumptious when rain dominates the ground with splash.
For a home chef, they are simply love and earn respect as it never takes more than good fifteen minutes to get them fried.
Moreover the ingredients needed are always available in the pantry; no haste for finding items.

Pre heat the wok now add the mixture scoop by scoop into the wok,do not over crowd it.
Fry on medium to high heated cautiously, take the fritters out of the wok once they get a nice golden brown look. Put them off on a paper towel, and here we go; ready to serve .
Many more veggies can be added to the blend as per likeness and availability, it’s a complete meal for whole family.
